Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define APD’s product portfolio, price offerings, and identify new market opportunities. The role partners with CEO, BD, Alliance Management, and Scientific Leadership to deliver customer value and competitive differentiation.

The CPO will hire and manage a new team, drive cross-functional product development, and ensure APD offerings evolve with market demand while aligning with Alloy’s integrated independence culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotechnology, pharma, biologics, life science tools, or platform technology companies
• Experience taking a services or platform business from custom, project-based work to a defined catalog with published pricing
• Experience building or substantially scaling a product function, including hiring and org design
• Ownership of pricing and packaging decisions, not solely input into them
• Strong working understanding of biologics discovery and development workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and roadmap for APD’s product and platform portfolio with a defined catalog and pricing
• Identify and build the case for new applications, modalities, customer segments, and packaging models
• Convert internal scientific capabilities into defined service offerings, licensing packages, and platform products
• Build APD’s product organization into a focused professional team
• Engage with biotech and pharma partners, translate feedback into roadmap decisions
• Own divisional revenue growth and commercial architecture
