Job summary

FALCON seeks a Chief Product Officer to lead a B2B GovTech SaaS platform and build a scalable, mature product organization. You will own the product strategy across multiple lines and must translate customer voice into meaningful product improvements.

The role requires deep product leadership, a strong business orientation, and the ability to drive growth by aligning customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across a distributed organization over the next 4–5 years.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive career success
• Top technology leader of a $25mm-$100mm B2B Multi-Product SaaS company OR number two product leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $50mm-$150mm in revenue
• Orientation: Strong business orientation with product experience across portfolio management and multi-product strategy

Responsibilities

• Build and professionalize the product organization, transitioning from an early-stage structure to a scalable, mature operating model.
• Lead product strategy across multiple product lines.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate voice-of-customer insight into product improvements.
