Job summary

Serve Robotics is building sidewalk robotic delivery to transform urban logistics. This role leads Product and Design, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Data, and more to turn strategy into execution. You will raise the bar, identify high-impact bets, and articulate the rationale behind our roadmap.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, focus on customer value, and drive scalable product capabilities in a rapidly growing company redefining last-mile delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, design, or related technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing product teams, including senior leaders and multidisciplinary organizations.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex technology products from concept through commercialization and scale.
• Proven ability translating company strategy, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Master communicator with experience partnering with executive leadership and communicating strategy to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uplevel a strong product management and design team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate corporate strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities and investment decisions.
• Develop a clear product roadmap translating company strategy into milestones and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Business Development, and other leaders to align priorities.
• Deliver delight to customers and the public while expanding the sidewalk delivery business.
