Job summary

Serve Robotics in the United States is building a fleet of sidewalk delivery robots to reimagine urban logistics. The Senior Product Manager, Operations & Commercialization, will translate needs from operators, field teams, merchants, customers, and partners into compelling product capabilities that improve delivery quality and fleet utilization.

You will partner with Operations, Growth, Engineering, Autonomy, Data, Safety, and commercial teams to drive products from discovery through launch,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience taking software products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience building tools or platforms for operationally complex environments such as logistics, mobility, marketplaces, field services, or enterprise workflows.
• Strong user-discovery skills and the ability to translate frontline workflows, constraints, data, and partner feedback into prioritized requirements.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, connected systems, and product analytics; ability to partner with Engineering and Design.
• Demonstrated ability to define and use metrics to improve reliability, delivery quality, efficiency, or business performance.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or LLMs to accelerate data exploration and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Operations & Commercialization and translate stakeholder needs into high-impact priorities.
• Define success measures for operational performance, delivery quality, and cost efficiency across markets and partners.
• Build scalable workflows for robot supervision, deployment, and dispatch.
• Improve delivery reliability with issue detection, remote interventions, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ground decisions in real-world workflows.
• Drive launches by defining capabilities, onboarding workflows, and SLA guardrails.
• Scale deployments with repeatable product capabilities and workflows.
• Lead concept-to-launch iterations with clear requirements, rollout plans, and adoption measures.
• Work with Engineering to sequence improvements, favor small releases and rapid learning.
• Use analytics and AI tools to explore data, identify root causes, and prototype workflows.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and keep key owners informed of risks and blockers.
