Serve Robotics Inc is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Operations & Commercialization to shape how our sidewalk robot fleet is deployed, supported, and experienced by partners and customers. You will partner with Operations, Growth, Engineering, Autonomy, Data, Safety and commercial teams to translate field needs into high-impact capabilities, driving value from discovery through launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• Own the product roadmap for Operations & Commercialization translating needs of operators, field teams, merchants, customers and partners into priorities.
• Define and own success measures for operational performance, delivery reliability and cost efficiency with clear baselines and targets.
• Maintain an evidence-based view of failure modes using data, feedback and field observations to guide requirements.
• Build scalable operational workflows for supervision, deployment and dispatch that reduce manual work.
• Improve delivery reliability with issue detection, remote interventions and fast recovery.
• Elevate customer and public experience through intuitive, dependable interactions across markets.
• Enable commercial launches by defining capabilities, onboarding workflows and SLA guardrails.
• Scale market deployments with repeatable product capabilities and workflows.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of product management experience taking software products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience building tools or platforms for operationally complex environments such as logistics, mobility, marketplaces or field services.
• Strong user-discovery skills to translate frontline workflows and feedback into prioritized requirements.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, connected systems and product analytics; partner effectively with Engineering and Design.
• Define and use metrics to improve reliability and delivery quality.
• Prioritize and judge trade-offs across competing problems while adapting to new evidence.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or LLMs to accelerate data exploration and prototype workflows.
• Shipping iteratively with Engineering, balancing speed, learning, release readiness and reliability.
