Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement leader responsible for managing inventory procurement, vendor negotiations, and department leadership.

The role directs procurement operations, performance metrics, expense and revenue management, sales support, and ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The leader serves on the senior leadership team, reports to the President, and oversees strategic growth, internal logistics, and marketing

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for accounts and suppliers.
• Establish and refine departmental procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee internal logistics/freight control and merchandising teams as assigned.
• Direct marketing functions including trade shows, promotions, digital campaigns, and catalogs.
• Lead strategic bid analyses for major accounts in collaboration with sales and culinary teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
