Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff, ensuring staffing and performance management.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels; negotiate pricing and programs with suppliers; manage stock dispositions and service levels.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers, ensuring prompt, accurate communication and high fulfillment standards.
• Establish and refine procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee secondary units such as internal logistics and merchandising teams.
• Direct marketing functions including trade shows, digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, catalogs.
• Lead strategic bid analyses; work with cross-functional teams to grow private-label or exclusive product lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
