Job summary

Motive, a leading technology company, seeks a Vice President, Procure-to-Pay to lead, scale, and transform its global end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and purchasing operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this role owns the vision, architecture, and cross-functional strategies to maximize commercial leverage and maintain robust controls across business units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading global procurement and P2P.
• Experience with software, SaaS, IT infrastructure spend.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Motive's global procure-to-pay operations and ensure end-to-end process excellence.
• Define and execute Motive's global P2P strategy across sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
• Drive enterprise-wide cost savings initiatives and value creation through strategic vendor portfolios and negotiations.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders (Finance, IT, Legal, Security) to enable strategic priorities.
• Modernize procurement systems with AI and automation while maintaining governance and controls.
