Job summary

SAP is seeking an experienced consultant to drive end-to-end business process transformations across Life Sciences and autonomous manufacturing domains. You will translate objectives into fit-to-standard SAP processes and work with customers, architects, and delivery teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead discovery Workshops, model processes, and guide implementation while integrating AI-enabled workflows and change enablement for sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain and Autonomous Regulated Manufacturing knowledge.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience within the Regulated Manufacturing domain.
• Ability to operate effectively in an Agentic AI context.
• Solid experience in business process consulting and industry transformation.
• Proven expertise in business process analysis, modeling, and design.
• Strong knowledge of BPM, process-to-solution mapping, and change management.
• Experience supporting value-based transformation, including KPI definition and measurement.
• Structured communication skills and ability to represent SAP with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep Life Sciences domain expertise and Autonomous Regulated Manufacturing knowledge to analyze, design, and optimize customer business processes.
• Lead business process design engagements, including discovery workshops, solution design, and implementation support.
• Design, model, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes and align with SAP architectures.
• Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce proven practices and support transformation planning.
• Map business processes to solution and IT architectures, defining integration needs where required.
• Advise customers on business process optimization, value-based transformation, and change enablement.
• Define and validate KPIs and value drivers, supporting business cases and value realization.
• Ensure consistency and quality of process deliverables (flows, requirements, decisions, KPIs).
