Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Core Supply Chain transformation within our Life Sciences practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, guiding SAP S4/HANA transformations from conceptual design through hypercare and driving end-to-end delivery of large programs.

You will own financial performance, risk management, and delivery excellence across a diversified portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs.
• Expertise across SAP S4/HANA suite including Life Sciences co-innovation modules.
• Experience leading project workstreams or client engagements, including developing junior staff.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and growth by guiding SAP S4/HANA transformation projects from design to hypercare.
• Own end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with cross-functional teams.
• Apply structured problem-solving and systems thinking to break down large transformations.
• Manage delivery risk, scope ambiguity, and shifting client priorities with proactive course corrections.
• Oversee financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk across the portfolio.
