Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a senior pricing executive to define and execute the enterprise pricing strategy across Retail and Professional segments. You will lead pricing governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize margin and growth from a centralized vision.

Based in Raleigh with a 4/1 hybrid schedule, you will oversee a distributed pricing team and partner with Merchandising, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to align pricing decisions with company objectives

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive pricing/analytics/finance experience with leadership of large pricing teams.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in pricing for enterprise or professional customers and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise pricing strategy across Retail and Professional segments.
Lead pricing governance, baseline and contract pricing, and promotional pricing programs.
Develop pricing frameworks balancing growth, margin, and competitive position.
Champion pricing analytics, segmentation, and test-and-learn to improve decisions.
Oversee pricing systems, dashboards, and governance processes enterprise-wide.
Lead and develop a distributed pricing team and collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing.
