Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Platform Information Security Officer (PISO) for the Diagnostics Platform. This remote role, based in Washington, D.C., requires regular travel to Diagnostics OpCo sites.

You will lead end-to-end cyber execution across all OpCos, translating Danaher’s global strategy into measurable security outcomes and serving as the platform’s senior cybersecurity executive. You will build and develop a globally distributed Platform Security Team, manage risk and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in information security.
• Proven CISO or senior cyber leader with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Experience with ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI DSS audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity across Diagnostics OpCos.
• Build and manage a global Platform Security Team.
• Oversee risk management, remediation, and architecture standards.
• Coordinate with Product Security for FDA/IVDR requirements.
• Drive onboarding during M&A and integration.
• Travel up to 25-30% internationally.
