Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and coordinate across DSS, HRA and DHS leadership teams.
- Lead enterprise planning, strategy development, and prioritization of investments.
- Oversee data analytics, performance measures, and evidence-based decision making.
- Design and test new initiatives to improve services for New Yorkers in need.
- Advise Commissioner on policy opportunities, funding, and operational innovations.
