Job summary

Christwood Foundation seeks a visionary Director to provide strategic leadership, guiding philanthropy, fundraising, and donor relations. You will coordinate with the CEO, board, staff and volunteers to advance fundraising initiatives and ensure accountability and stewardship across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
• Three years in a leadership/management role in nonprofit fundraising.
• Extensive knowledge of foundation management, fundraising principles, and donor management.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies.
• Develop and implement fund development plans and governance policies.
• Manage staff and volunteers to institutionalize philanthropy across the organization.
• Collaborate with CEO, board and community partners to maximize fundraising performance.
