Endless Foundation seeks a seasoned Head of Philanthropy to lead its grantmaking and strategic philanthropic initiatives. You will design programs, implement strategies, and evaluate impact while balancing needs of grantees, partners, and internal teams.

The role requires deep experience and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. You will collaborate with Endless leadership, Dalio Philanthropies, and the Principal to set strategy, oversee grants, and build partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in creative grantmaking and program strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead Endless grantmaking and global philanthropic portfolio.
• Oversee strategy and lifecycle of grants, partnerships, and impact initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing philanthropy team.
• Advise senior leadership and translate vision into priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with grantees, educators, technologists, and mission-aligned orgs.
• Drive collaboration across partners to expand game-based learning.
• Establish metrics, evaluate outcomes, and share insights.
