Endless, a mission-driven initiative of the Dalio Family Office, seeks a Head of Philanthropy to lead its global grantmaking and strategic philanthropic initiatives. This senior role designs, executes, and evaluates programs while balancing the needs of grantees, partners, and internal teams.

You will operate at both conceptual and execution levels. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with Dalio Philanthropies to set strategy, build a high‑performing team, and drive impact

Qualifications

• 15+ years in grantmaking, strategy, and partnerships in education/tech.
• Leadership experience and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve philanthropic strategy and global grantmaking.
• Oversee full lifecycle of grants, partnerships, and impact initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing philanthropy team.
• Translate vision into actionable priorities for senior leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with grantees and education/tech partners.
• Drive cross-organizational collaboration to expand game-based learning.
• Establish metrics, evaluate outcomes, and share insights.
