Job summary

Endless Foundation, a mission-driven initiative of Dalio Family Office, seeks a senior leader to head philanthropic strategy, grantmaking, and partnerships. You will design programs, oversee evaluation, and balance needs of grantees, partners, and internal teams with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

You will partner with Endless leadership and Dalio Philanthropies to set strategy, drive impact, and mentor a high-performing team. Expect frequent travel and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in creative grantmaking, program strategy, and partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience spanning education, technology, and global grantmaking.
• Strong leadership across diverse geographic teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Endless Foundation's philanthropic strategy and global grantmaking portfolio.
• Oversee full lifecycle of grants, partnerships, and impact initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing philanthropy team.
• Advise senior leadership and translate vision into actionable priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with grantees, educators, technology innovators, and mission-aligned organizations.
• Drive collaboration across a network of partners to expand access to game-based learning.
• Establish metrics, evaluate outcomes, and share insights to strengthen impact.
