Job summary

Goodwill-Industries seeks a fundraising leader to develop and execute strategic initiatives that sustain the organization's mission. You will work with the President & CEO, CFO, Grant Manager, Marketing and Community Engagement to cultivate donors, secure funding, and promote philanthropy.

Travel locally and regionally as needed. The role requires 5–8 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, success in major gifts, and CRM proficiency (Donor Perfect/Bloomerang/Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Successful major gift solicitation, campaign management, and donor stewardship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward diverse donor partners.
• Collaborate with Board committees to foster partnerships and donor engagement.
• Lead annual giving campaigns, capital campaigns, sponsorships and events.
• Prepare fundraising reports and revenue projections for leadership and Board.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely acknowledgments and stewardship.
