Qualifications

• PharmD required and active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, quality or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in multi-state or enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise strategic direction for medication management across a national network.
• Lead medication safety programs, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Oversee pharmaceutical sourcing, formulary standardization and supply chain collaboration.
• Drive drug shortage management, inventory optimization, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory readiness with CMS, AAAHC, The Joint Commission and state boards.
• Develop data dashboards, performance metrics, and decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, risk and quality leaders to drive standardization.
• Support development of facility-level pharmacist roles and competency expectations.
