Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Director of Pharmacy and Nutrition for a premier hospital in Boston. The role requires a PharmD with 5+ years of supervisory experience in a Pharmacy Department and 2-3 years as an Assistant Director in a residency-enabled setting.

Massachusetts license by hire date is required. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical, regulatory, and operational processes to ensure safe medication and nutritional management, budgeting, staffing, and cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

• PharmD with a minimum of five years of supervisory experience within a Pharmacy Department
• 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Director in a Pharmacy Department at an organization with a Residency program up to PGY2 in Pharmacy Administration.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Pharmacy and Nutrition department to ensure high-quality patient care and safe medication management.
• Oversee budgeting, fiscal reporting, and financial planning for the department.
• Lead regulatory compliance with state/federal requirements and standard-setting organizations.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams across the hospital/system.
