Job summary

AQUARIUS is seeking a Director of Pharmacy & Clinical Nutrition in Boston to oversee the pharmacy department, clinical nutrition integration, and strategic operations. You will report to the Executive Director and drive quality patient care across institutional and system levels.

The role requires PharmD with leadership experience, MA licensure by hire, and strong budgeting, educational, and regulatory capabilities to advance clinical services and nutrition management.

Qualifications

• PharmD with Massachusetts license by the hire date.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a Pharmacy Department.
• Experience with a Residency program up to PGY2 in Pharmacy Administration.
• Strong communication and educator skills.
• Ability to develop and manage department budgets and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy post graduate programs and student activities.
• Lead regulatory, clinical, and operational processes to ensure safe medication and nutritional management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and external standards.
• Manage hiring, training, promotions, and staff development.
