We’re seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to lead and grow our Personal Injury division. This executive-level role combines strategic authority, team leadership, and accountability for client outcomes and division performance.

You’ll shape cases from intake through resolution—with a strong emphasis on building leverage before filing and positioning every matter for settlement or trial.

What You’ll Lead

• Division strategy, growth, and financial performance.
• Attorney and staff development, with clear standards and accountability.
• Case selection, valuation, liability framing, evidence development, and damages modeling.
• High-impact demand packages and negotiations, including strategic decisions on settlement versus filing.
• Efficient case-management systems, litigation-ready files, and trial readiness for high-value and complex matters.

What You’ll Bring

• JD and active New York Bar admission in good standing.
• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, with substantial litigation and trial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of attorneys, staff, and case strategy.
• A documented record of meaningful recoveries and strong demand-drafting and negotiation experience.
• Sound judgment and the ability to operate with autonomy and accountability.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established plaintiff-side practitioner—not an intake or training role. Defense-side experience alone does not meet the requirements.

Senior-level authority, performance-aligned compensation, and direct influence on the division’s growth. Bonus eligibility: 10% of net attorney fees on settlement of the first $1M; 15% of net attorney fees on settlement above $1M. Further compensation details will be discussed confidentially with qualified candidates.
