You’ll shape cases from intake through resolution with leverage before filing, aiming for favorable settlements or trial outcomes. JD, NY Bar admission, and 10+ years of PI experience are required.

• JD and active New York Bar admission in good standing.
• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Substantial litigation and trial experience.

• Record of meaningful recoveries and strong demand-drafting/negotiation.
