Euclid Innovations, Inc. is seeking an executive HR leader to guide people strategy, workforce operations, and consultant management across IT staffing.

This hands-on role partners with the CEO and leadership team to scale a compliant, high-performing workforce and deliver an exceptional experience for employees, consultants, candidates, and clients. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR/HR Operations within IT staffing or professional services, with expertise in employment compliance,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/HR Operations experience in IT staffing or professional services.
• MBA or HR-related advanced qualification preferred.
• Experience managing employees and consultants in staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and compliance.
• Experience with immigration/work authorization processes preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with growth and organizational development.
• Oversee consultant and employee lifecycle from onboarding to transitions.
• Partner with Recruiting, Sales, and Account Management to plan workforce needs.
• Manage client and consultant relationships and performance feedback.
• Oversee immigration processes with attorneys and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead HR operations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Drive performance management, KPIs, and leadership development.
• Foster employee engagement and retention through culture initiatives.
