• You are a commercially minded People leader with extensive experience leading People Operations, HR Services, Employee Services or HR Technology functions.

• Lead the evolution of People Operations, People Technology and workforce reporting capabilities across a complex and fast-moving environment.
• Oversee people services, technology optimisation, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives, in close partnership with Legal and the General Manager - People on governance and compliance matters.
• Modernise people services and leave a lasting impact on employee experience, technology capability and operational effectiveness.
