• Experience with Compensation Benchmarking tools or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Ford business units.
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends.
• Pull apart stalled deals and rebuild the path to yes.
• Write briefs translating ambitions into scoped projects.
• Run comparisons to resolve build-versus-partner questions.
• Build consensus among Organization and Learning and Development owners.
• Identify growth opportunities in Sitka, AK and beyond.
• Present findings and recommendations to VP stakeholders with clarity.
