Job summary

Firematic Supply Company is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources & Operations to join the executive leadership team. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational excellence to support growth, leadership development, and culture preservation across multiple locations.

You will lead all HR functions, partner with senior leaders, and coach managers to build a high-performing organization while driving efficiency and accountability across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in HR and operations.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and driving initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Advise ownership while actively leading day-to-day HR and operations.
• Head all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
• Coach managers, resolve complex employee issues, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Partner with department leaders to improve processes, accountability, communication, and operations.
• Lead initiatives for growth, change management, and process improvements.
• Develop scalable systems and policies for a growing multi-location organization.
