Truenorth Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to partner with the CEO and drive HR strategy across a rapidly expanding facility services organization in the Atlanta area.

The ideal candidate will lead a self-managed HR function, build scalable processes for recruitment, retention, and development, and transform culture to become an Employer of Choice. Strong Workday reporting experience is preferred.

Chief Human Resources Officer – Facility Services Management

Our client is a middle-market facility services business company growing through a focused acquisition strategy in what has traditionally been a highly fragmented industry. As the business continues to expand their operations, they require a Chief Human Resources Officer to strategically partner with the CEO as the company moves to the next level.

We are seeking an experienced and self-managed Human Resources and Corporate Culture leader to pilot a well-tuned and efficient human resources function poised to support the enterprise as it makes the jump to the next level. You will build-out a scalable foundation ready for exponential growth with particular emphasis on effective recruitment and retainment. You will nurture a dynamic, results-focused culture while developing processes to augment employee success, learning & development. Your mandate is to be a strategic and forward-thinking Partner supporting the Executive Management team as you together strive to be an Employer of Choice, creating exciting and enriching career paths for their employees.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success and be excited about the opportunity to drive cultural transformation with a rapidly evolving business with a blue-collar services workforce. They will be highly collaborative with the ability to make critical decisions within a fast paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of Workday reporting software.

This position offers an attractive compensation package including bonus incentive.
