Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
• 15 years supervisory experience in HR and 15 years HR generalist work, with knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Experience with Native American law and sovereignty issues is strongly preferred.
• SHRM PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Advise executive management on organizational and management issues.
• Develop recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain confidentiality.
