Jackmont Hospitality Inc. seeks a VP of Human Resources to lead a comprehensive people strategy across its hospitality brands. This senior role partners with the executive team, shaping culture, talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development to drive business growth.

The role focuses on building an integrated HR function, aligning workforce initiatives with strategic objectives, and ensuring best-in-class employee experience across multiple brands and states.

Competenze

• Progressive HR leadership experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments.
• Experience scaling HR departments in growth-stage or mid-size orgs.
• Multi-state, multi-unit operations experience required.
• Deep expertise with HRIS/HCM platforms (ADP a plus).
• Extensive labor relations and collective bargaining experience.
• Bachelor’s in HR/Business; advanced degree or certs preferred.
