Haydon is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development for Haydon Companies and its affiliates. The CPO will drive a scalable people strategy to support growth toward a multistate, $2B construction organization, building leadership capability, talent pipelines, and career pathways.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven with deep expertise in organizational development,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
12–15 years of progressive HR, talent acquisition, or related experience.
7+ years in senior leadership with multiple People functions.
Proven leadership across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
Experience building scalable leadership development and career pathways.
Experience scaling people operations and workforce planning.
Experience leading organizational transformation and process improvements.
Strong business acumen, budgeting, and financial alignment.

Mansioni

Develop and execute a scalable People strategy aligned with Haydon's growth and multistate expansion.
Advise CEO and ELT on structure, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent investments.
Lead HR, TA, and L&D across multiple divisions and states.
Establish measurable goals, KPIs, and accountability for people functions.
Oversee HR service delivery, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.
Drive culture, engagement, and leadership accountability across the organization.
