Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent acquisition, organizational development, or related people functions.
• 7+ years in senior leadership with responsibility for multiple People functions and initiatives.
• Strong track record in enterprise-wide people strategy and execution.
• Experience scaling internal talent development, leadership programs, and career pathways.
• Experience building scalable HR processes across multisite or multistate organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with Haydon's growth objectives and geographic expansion.
• Advise CEO and ELT on organizational structure, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent investments.
• Strengthen staffing, resources, and leadership capabilities across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
• Design scalable organizational structures, reporting lines, and staffing models to support growth across divisions and states.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and establish measurable goals and performance indicators.
• Oversee HR operations, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement across a multistate workforce.
• Build workforce analytics and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Champion culture, engagement, and leadership accountability across the organization.
