Job summary

NAB Leadership Foundation in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Senior HR leader to shape enterprise HR strategy, partner with executives, and translate business goals into people priorities across planning, compensation, recruiting, development, and design.

The role advises senior leaders, strengthens organizational capability across locations, oversees core HR operations and compliance, and uses data to drive decisions while exploring AI-enabled improvements responsibly.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-location, geographically dispersed organization.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, HRIS, policy governance, and employment compliance; union environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
• Advise senior leaders to influence decisions in a decentralized environment.
• Strengthen organizational capability and culture across locations.
• Oversee core HR operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, performance, training, employee relations, investigations, and policy governance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and FCC EEO licensing for broadcast operations.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
