You will partner with senior leaders to align learning with business outcomes, manage the L&D budget, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires extensive experience and strategic influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or workforce strategy

Responsibilities

• Define workforce capability strategy aligned to business goals
• Develop firm-wide AI learning and reskilling pathways
• Oversee curriculum across technical, leadership, and professional development
• Lead leadership development programs and succession planning
• Own the learning technology stack and L&D budget (P&L)
