Columbia Hospitality, Inc. seeks a Director of P&C Operations to lead People & Culture across 5+ properties from our Seattle offices. You’ll partner with property leadership to ensure consistent HR practices, employee relations, and talent management across locations.

You’ll work with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, L&D, and HRIS to deliver robust P&C services, support workforce initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture. This is an onsite role with remote support from Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years supporting multiple locations.
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
• Hospitality/ service-based operations knowledge.
• Onsite in Seattle 4 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR partner to General Managers and property leaders.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across properties.
• Advise on policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to improve engagement and culture.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Handle complex investigations and performance matters.
