AIS is seeking a Senior VP of Business Operations to serve as General Manager for PCB/S operations, technology, and sales in South Plainfield, NJ. This leader will own the BU P&L, scale advanced PCB/PCBA capabilities, and align technology with customer needs to drive profitable growth through disciplined execution across operations, engineering, and sales.

The role requires 15+ years in electronics manufacturing, a BS in a technical discipline, and MBA or financial leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in advanced PCB fabrication or related electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing a P&L for a business unit.
• MBA or equivalent financial leadership preferred.
