Job summary

The World Justice Project (WJP) seeks a dynamic leader to secure, grow, and steward gifts from corporations, philanthropists, and foundations. Based in Washington, DC, this senior role drives strategic fundraising and builds lasting donor partnerships to advance the rule of law worldwide.

The Chief of Partnerships reports to the Executive Director and leads a cross-functional team to increase unrestricted and restricted funds, expanding WJP's global impact and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Grow and steward major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Engage donors and cultivate lasting relationships with leadership and boards.
• Lead fundraising budgets, projections, and performance metrics.
