Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Firearm qualification and certification are required for the role.
  • Pre-employment and random drug testing is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be free of any domestic violence convictions.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises the Protection Ranger staff and plans long-range work schedules.
  • Coordinates resources and staffing with other divisions to support park mission.
  • Advises the Superintendent on visitor and resource protection issues and manages park programs.
