Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead Finance, HR, IT, facilities, contracts and risk management. The CAO reports to the President & CEO and drives enterprise-wide operational systems to support growth and impact across all Club sites.

The role requires a seasoned second-in-command with strong financial acumen, HR insight and a track record of organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration or related field.
• 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in a complex organization.
• Strong operational skills and policy/compliance experience.
• Experience as senior operational leader with finance, HR and technology oversight.
• Experience partnering with CEO and Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and implement integrated systems.
• Oversee finance, HR, IT, and facilities with directors.
• Develop budgets, FP&A, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure organizational policy compliance and internal controls.
• Strategic partnership with CEO/President and Board.
