Job summary

Lucifer Lighting Company seeks an experienced Operations Leader to direct Production, Warehouse, QA, Lean Process, and Fabrication Services at our San Antonio facility. You will drive strategy, optimize throughput, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost controls and high quality.

As a senior manager, you will partner with Finance and HR to recruit, engage, and develop top talent, and to align manufacturing with growth objectives for nationwide and international projects.

• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and asset utilization.
• Lead talent development and ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Oversee capital planning, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance metrics and respond to issues.
