Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a seasoned VP of Operations to lead Supply Chain and Manufacturing across Beloit, WI. The role requires strategic leadership, P&L accountability, and hands-on presence on the production floor to drive quality and on-time delivery.

You will own the end-to-end operations, coordinate multi-site manufacturing, and align productivity gains with growth objectives, supporting new product development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience with senior leadership and direct P&L accountability.
• Hands-on leadership with active presence on the production floor.
• Experience owning Quality, Delivery, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities results.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume or engineer-to-order environments.
• Background in complex, highly regulated manufacturing (aerospace preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations across two manufacturing sites and drive cross-functional performance.
• Own Quality, Delivery, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities results.
• Oversee supply chain functions including planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and on-time delivery.
• Drive productivity improvements and continuous performance gains.
• Support growth objectives through revenue goals and new product development.
• Coordinate budgets, capacity planning, manpower, equipment, and facilities.
• Establish standard work, delivery, productivity, and quality metrics on the floor.
• Develop and coach managers and supervisors; enforce company policies.
