Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking an accomplished senior executive to lead a global manufacturing and operations network. You will set strategy, establish operating systems, and build capabilities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence.

You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and HR to drive growth, profitability, and resilience, while advancing Lean, automation, and data-driven performance management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a global operations strategy aligned with long-term priorities.
• Lead a multi-site manufacturing network with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, cost, and profitability.
• Strengthen supply chain performance through disciplined SIOP, production planning, supplier management, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Create common operating standards across facilities while advancing Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven performance management.
• Develop capital, capacity, and manufacturing footprint plans that improve scalability, resiliency, and return on invested resources.
• Build a strong global leadership organization through talent development, succession planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear accountability for results.
