Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading LEAN, continuous improvement at scale.
• Track record of improving EBITDA and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and shape strategy for manufacturing, operations, and IT across the enterprise.
• Translate strategy into executable operating plans with data-driven trade-offs.
• Lead continuous improvement and establish a disciplined operating cadence with KPIs.
• Oversee multi-site manufacturing operations in Iowa and Mexico.
