Binance is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the ANZ fiat and digital asset exchange, focusing on resilience, scalability, and efficiency. You will shape operational frameworks for onboarding, payments, and settlements while coordinating with compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory standards.

You will lead large operational teams, drive performance through data analytics, and push continuous improvements to ensure smooth customer experiences across crypto and fiat channels.

Formación

• Over 10 years in operations within crypto exchanges, fintech, financial services, payments, or banking.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain tech, fiat payment systems, and exchange infrastructure.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving performance through data, automation and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the ANZ fiat and digital asset exchange, ensuring operational resilience, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build and oversee operational frameworks across fiat onboarding, payments, customer operations, transaction monitoring, reconciliations, settlements, and custody.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Finance to implement controls aligned with AUSTRAC, ASIC, and AFSL requirements.
