Champion Windows & Home Exteriors in Cincinnati seeks a Vice President of Operations to own post-sale delivery across installation, service, and warranty, aligning customer experience with cost and quality targets. You will lead regional operations, standardize processes, and drive profitability while partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance to scale growth and ensure safety.

You will champion operational excellence, manage P&L across divisions, and build bench strength in operations

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, general management, or executive leadership within a multi-location organization.
• Proven track record of scaling operations, improving efficiency, and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set short- and long-term operational goals and strategies across Champion divisions.
• Lead the Regional Operations Managers, Service and Warranty, and Installation leadership.
• Own the post-sale customer experience, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and service.
