Job summary

Trezly is an AI-native real estate platform, launching nationally with a multi-state rollout. We are seeking a COO to build the operating engine that powers the platform for agents, buyers, sellers, renters, owners, and investors.

As a founding member of the executive team, you will own day-to-day operations, budgeting, and cross-functional execution, enabling the CEO to focus on product vision, capital, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior operating experience, including startup or scale-up environments.
• A proven builder who has taken a company from founder-led to structured, repeatable execution without losing pace.
• Strong across operations, finance and budgeting, org design, and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfortable as a true second-in-command: high ownership, low ego, decisive under pressure.
• Experience operating a technology, SaaS, or platform business; real estate, proptech, or a regulated industry is a strong plus.
• A prior COO, GM, or equivalent executive title is a strong plus.
• Driven by building something genuinely category-defining, not by the title on the door.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations, budgeting, and cross-functional execution across the entire company.
• The operating rhythm: OKRs, leadership syncs, and a consistent reporting cadence.
• Financial discipline, forecasting, and clean, board-ready reporting.
• Org design, hiring plans, people operations, and vendor and partner management.
• The operational side of a regulated, multi-state rollout across licensed entities.
• The systems and accountability that keep quality and speed high as the company scales.
