Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services in Indianapolis seeks a Chief Operating Officer who will bring ownership to how GadellNet runs, leading day-to-day operations and turning strategic direction into concrete plans across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity.

You will partner with the Integrator and the CEO to align teams, define quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans, and drive growth while building leaders and maintaining trust at the executive table.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership, including 5+ years at VP level or above with P&L accountability.
• 5+ years in an MSP or equivalent recurring-revenue professional services firm; MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Proven command of labor-cost unit economics, including capacity, utilization, and staffing models.
• Experience running EOS or a comparable operating system is a plus; familiarity with a structured, metrics-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity.
• Translate CEO's vision into quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans for the Operations team.
• Identify and implement priorities to elevate technical and operational excellence.
• Own cost-to-serve and staffing models; define rehiring points for every role.
• Build systems and bench strength to sustain a high-performing technical services team as GadellNet grows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner with the CEO and Integrator to set and deliver short- and long-term goals.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
