Job summary

Aon seeks a North America Totalis Chief Operating Officer to unite Affinity Programs and MGA businesses into a single operations platform. You will define the operating strategy, drive transformation, and build scalable foundations for growth across the region.

You will lead senior leaders, manage governance, partner with technology, finance, risk, and compliance, and shape an inclusive culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations, transformation or shared services in a large organisation.
• Strong commercial and financial savvy, including budgets and investments.
• Track record translating strategy into scalable operating models.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and integration.
• Leadership and influence with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year operational strategy aligned to growth and profitability.
• Build and optimize the operating model across people, processes, technology and partners.
• Lead transformation, integration and change initiatives with launch readiness.
• Support acquisition integration and new program launches.
• Drive governance, SLAs, automation and efficiency.
• Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Develop high-performing teams and inclusive culture.
