Job summary

Scriptful RX, the national pharmacy platform of The Wellness Group, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale operations across a growing multi-state network of pharmacy facilities.

The COO will translate the CEO's strategy into execution, standardize processes, build leadership teams, implement technology and automation, and drive growth while maintaining quality and patient safety across the national footprint.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, distributed operating teams across multiple facilities.
• Background in regulated healthcare/pharmacy operations preferred.
• Experience scaling organizations during rapid growth and building standard playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across Scriptful RX's nationwide pharmacy network.
• Standardize processes and operating rhythms with KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Oversee facility leadership, staffing, and capacity planning for multi-state growth.
• Drive automation, technology, and cost optimization while preserving patient safety.
• Partner with finance and legal for budgets, compliance, and quality systems.
• Build and develop an executive leadership team and succession plans.
