The YWCA of the City of New York seeks a Chief Operating Officer to advance KPIs, cultivate an inclusive culture, and optimize policies and operations. The COO will lead HR, talent development, compliance, facilities, IT and finance functions to maximize program impact and ensure sustainable finances.

As a member of a small senior leadership team, the COO will translate the strategic plan into actionable systems and processes, partnering with the CEO and across sites to drive growth and mission

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Significant senior leadership experience in a mission-driven, multi-site organization.
• Proven ability to design, implement and improve systems and workflows.
• Deep knowledge of human resources, including compliance, talent acquisition and benefits administration.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and KPI development.
• Lead HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Manage risk, regulatory compliance and insurance renewals.
• Oversee finance liaison and grant accounting alignment.
• Guide IT, facilities and cross-functional initiatives.
